Time to celebrate, so why not go to the place that has the best ice cream in Scotland?
Jannettas at St Andrews was named best ice cream parlour in Scotland and awarded the Golden Cone award. It was under construction for the first two months we were in St Andrews. Since they have reopened, as soon as noon arrives, the line to get in is out the door and down the sidewalk! We decided to go at 11:40 a.m. and had no trouble getting a table. We were even seated by the owner!
The boys' writing class with Classical Conversations was having an ice cream sundae party in Waco for the last day of class and to celebrate all their hard work. We decided that, since the boys completed all the assignments for the class, no need for them to miss the ice cream sundaes. Great ice cream, though not quite the same without celebrating with their friends.
